All Wenger mustards are made with brown and yellow mustard seeds according to recipes delivered from generation to generation. This gives the mustards their individual characteristics and qualities.
We are dedicated to ensure that our mustard is the optimum quality possible. Therefore all our ingredients are the best quality available in the world.
Since 1932, we import yellow mustard seed from Canada. Only the best quality, organic seed is used. Salt comes from the Himalaya, spices from India.
This, combined with our traditional recipes ensures that we are able to make genuine goods tasting as good as a homemade product.
Wenger Mustard is filled in tubes. We are sure that a tube is the perfect packaging for mustard.
The reason is, that mustard contains a lot of volatile oils and flavour carriers. Those are protected best in a container which is not exposed to the environmental air. Also the precious mustard can not be spoiled by dirty spoons or similar like in a glass.
